Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Delivery of goods that are custom-made according to the customer’s wishes or clearly tailored to personal needs.

• Goods that are perishable or whose expiration date is soon.

• Delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but delivery occurs no earlier than 30 days after the contract, and whose value is subject to market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.

• Delivery of items abroad.

• Delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, unless it is a subscription.

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal is removed after delivery.

• Goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

• Audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package if the seal is removed after delivery.
