I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
1. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us, Lugash Kugendran, via the website www.mooglisbazaar.com. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, any terms and conditions on your side are excluded.
2. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction mainly for purposes not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or legally recognized partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Formation of the Contract
1. The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
2. By listing a product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract via our online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the product description.
3. The contract is concluded as follows:
• Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
• Access your cart via the navigation bar to review or modify it.
• Enter your personal data and payment/shipping information at checkout.
• Review your order before finalizing. By clicking “buy” (or similar), you submit a binding offer, and the contract becomes legally valid.
4. Requests for offers are non-binding. We will send you a binding offer by email, which you may accept within 5 days unless stated otherwise.
5. Order processing and transmission of all contract-related information is carried out via email, partly automated. Ensure your email address is correct and capable of receiving emails (check spam/junk folders).
§ 3 Right of Retention, Reservation of Title
1. You may only assert a right of retention for claims arising from the same contract.
2. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§ 4 Warranty
1. Statutory defect liability applies.
2. As a consumer, please check delivered goods immediately for completeness, visible defects, or transport damage, and notify us and the shipping provider as soon as possible. Your statutory claims remain unaffected even if you don’t comply.
§ 5 Choice of Law
1. German law applies. For consumers, this applies only to the extent it does not deprive the consumer of protections granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence (principle of favorability).
2. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

3. Contract Language & Storage of Contract Text
1. Contract language: english.
2. The full contract text is not stored by us. Before submitting an order, you can print or save it electronically using your browser. After your order, you will receive all order data, legally required information for distance contracts, and the T&Cs by email.
3. For offers outside the online shopping cart system, you will receive all contract data in a binding offer via email, which you can print or save.
4. Essential Characteristics of Goods or Services
The main features of the goods or services are listed in each product offer.
5. Prices & Payment Terms
1. All prices listed include all price components including taxes.
2. Shipping costs are not included and are displayed separately at checkout, unless free shipping is offered.
3. Payments from non-EU countries may incur transfer fees or currency conversion costs, which are your responsibility if the delivery is to an EU country.
4. Available payment methods are listed on our website or in each offer.
5. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery Terms
1. Delivery conditions, delivery times, and any restrictions are listed on the product page or website.
2. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage during shipping passes to you upon delivery of the goods, regardless of insurance, unless you have independently arranged a carrier not appointed by us.
7. Statutory Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply as described in §4 “Warranty” in Part I.
