Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days and should arrive within 2–5 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99.

For orders over €70 within Germany, shipping is free.

International Shipping:

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us in advance by email with your order number if you wish to return an item.

To accept a return, the item must be in its original condition as you received it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within a few days using your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. It may take some time for the refund to be processed and credited. If there are still issues, contact us at mooglisbazaar@web.de.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a shipping provider with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.
